Can I change the frequency later?
We can review the schedule as your needs change. Any notice periods, minimum service terms or price changes are stated in the service agreement. VERIFY: do not claim 'no lock-in' unless the contract terms support it.
Do I get the same crew each time?
We're a small local team, so in practice you'll see familiar faces. That's part of why clients move to us from the franchise operators.
How is a routine service priced against one-off jobs?
A known, repeating volume is easier to plan and route, which is reflected in the rate. The underlying costs are the same: labour, truck, disposal and GST.
What if there's more than usual on a given visit?
We'll flag it and confirm the variation before we load, not after.
