How much does an end-of-lease cleanout cost?
It depends on volume and access. Send photos or details ahead of your inspection date for the fastest and most accurate quote.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Not necessarily, as long as items are accessible and we have confirmed the details beforehand. Plenty of our end-of-lease jobs are done with keys left with the agent.
Can you come at short notice before an inspection?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the job, location and schedule. Call us to check today's availability.
Do you clean as well?
No. We clear items and remove loose debris created by our work where safe and practical. For a bond clean you'll want a cleaning company.
How is the quote calculated?
Pricing comes down to volume, item type and access. Behind every quote is labour, loading time, the truck, staff, and the disposal fee we pay at the transfer station, plus GST. Photos let us size the load properly, so the price you are given upfront is the price you pay.
