Is my data safe if I hand over an old computer?
Wipe any personal data before collection. We handle e-waste through responsible recycling channels, but we can't guarantee data removal ourselves. If the drive holds anything sensitive, remove it and keep it.
Do you take old CRT televisions?
Yes. Older tube TVs and monitors are heavy and awkward, so let us know how many and where they are so we can plan the lift.
Do I need to move everything outside?
No. Our team handles the lifting and carrying. Just tell us about stairs, narrow side access or parking when you book so we can plan the job and quote it accurately.
Do I pay more for e-waste than general junk?
E-waste carries its own recycling costs, which are built into the quote. Send photos and we'll give you the full figure upfront.
Where does my rubbish actually go?
Everything comes back to our yard and gets sorted. Metal, timber and e-waste go to recyclers. Usable furniture and goods are set aside for reuse or donation where practical. What is left goes to appropriate disposal facilities. We will not promise that a specific item gets donated, because the condition on the day decides it.
