Can you minimise disruption to staff?
Yes. We can plan stages, access and an agreed arrival window around your operations. VERIFY: add after-hours or weekend availability only once confirmed.
Do you handle lift access and building induction?
Tell us about loading dock bookings, lift protection and site induction requirements when you enquire, and we'll build the time into the quote rather than surprising you with it later.
Can you invoice the business rather than take payment on the day?
Talk to us about it when you book. VERIFY: confirm payment methods and terms before publishing.
What happens to our old computers?
Machines go through e-waste recycling channels. Wipe or remove drives holding anything sensitive before collection, because we can't guarantee data removal.
How is the quote calculated?
Pricing comes down to volume, item type and access. Behind every quote is labour, loading time, the truck, staff, and the disposal fee we pay at the transfer station, plus GST. Photos let us size the load properly, so the price you are given upfront is the price you pay.
