Because the price is driven by access, not just the item. A spa at the end of a long side path with a gate is a different job to one beside the driveway. Photos or a visit give you a real number instead of a guess.
In many cases, yes. Tell us if the item was assembled in the room, so we can allow the time and tools in the quote.
Pricing comes down to volume, item type and access. Behind every quote is labour, loading time, the truck, staff, and the disposal fee we pay at the transfer station, plus GST. Photos let us size the load properly, so the price you are given upfront is the price you pay.
Everything comes back to our yard and gets sorted. Metal, timber and e-waste go to recyclers. Usable furniture and goods are set aside for reuse or donation where practical. What is left goes to appropriate disposal facilities. We will not promise that a specific item gets donated, because the condition on the day decides it.
