We remove loose debris created by our work where it is safe and practical. This is not a cleaning service.
What affects your quote
Every quote covers labour, loading, the truck, staff, disposal fees and GST. These five things move the number.
Volume
More space used in the truck generally means a higher quote.
Weight and material type
Heavy or dense materials cost more to dispose of.
Access and stairs
Limited access, stairs or a long carry increase time and effort.
Labour
More items or a complex job needs more crew hours.
Disposal requirements
Special handling or a separate waste stream affects the quote.
Most things, with a few exceptions
We can't take asbestos, chemicals, paint, liquids, gas bottles or medical waste. Contact us before booking if you're unsure.

Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as items are accessible and we've confirmed the details beforehand, we can complete most jobs without you present.
How much notice do you need?
Availability varies by area and job size. Booking ahead gives you more choice, but you can call to ask about the earliest available time.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on the job, location and schedule. Call us to check today's availability.
What if I'm not sure how much junk I have?
No problem. Send photos and we'll assess it for you. If needed, we can arrange an onsite quote.
Why is there a minimum charge?
Because the truck, the crew and the trip to the transfer station cost the same whether the load is half full or full. The minimum covers that. Above it, you pay for what you use.
