We don't handle asbestos, suspected asbestos or hazardous chemicals. Fibre-cement products and older structures may require specialist identification before we can confirm the job. We also need to know about electricity, gas, water, drainage, property boundaries and attached structures before quoting. Work requiring specialist licences, engineering or permits sits outside scope unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Every structure is different. Size, material, access and site conditions all affect the job. We quote by photos or an onsite visit so the price you're given is accurate, not a guess.
Do you handle asbestos removal?
No. We don't take on work involving asbestos, suspected asbestos or hazardous chemicals. If the material is uncertain, arrange specialist identification before booking.
What size structures do you take on?
Mostly light demolition: sheds, rainwater tanks, small outbuildings and similar. If you're unsure whether your job fits, send a photo and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be onsite for the quote?
Not necessarily. Photos are often enough. For larger or more complex jobs we may recommend an onsite visit to confirm scope and access.
Will you clear the debris afterwards?
Yes. Clearing and removing debris is part of the job, and we'll leave the site tidy once demolition is complete.
